Free Kids Club at the Capitola Mall

Come join us on the second Thursday of every month at 3:30 pm for Kid's Club! This is a free event provided by the Capitola Mall on 41st Avenue in Capitola, CA. The event takes place each month inside of the Capitola Mall (next to Cinnabon) and all children ages 1 through 12 years are welcome! To attend this special event you may sign up at Guest Services (next to Chili's) anytime before the event or at Kid's Club during the event The following is the schedule for 2010.

January 14th

Come party at Kids Club with Sponge Bob and His Special Birthday Party Show! Join in on the fun with a Frame Decorating Craft, Sponge Bob Coloring Pages and an Exciting Birthday Show where we will sing Happy Birthday, help him blow out his candles, and then break a Pinata Full of Party Goodies for Everyone! After the show take an Instant Picture with him to put in your decorated frame to take home as a special memory of a fun event.  See you here at Kids Club for The Birthday Party of the Year! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

February 11th

Come to Kids Club for Heartwarming Fun with our Cuddly Caring Bear for a special Valentine Show! The fun begins with a Valentine Singing and Dancing Show with our Caring Bear and a Friendship Parade around the mall!  Before the show there will be Two Valentine Craft Stations and Valentine Twist Balloons and after the show everybody will get a special Valentine Surprise from our Caring Bear.  See you here at Kids Club to Be Our Valentine!

 

 

 

 

March 11th

Hop on over to Kids Club with Elmo and his Festive Easter Show! The fun begins with Easter Singing and Dancing with Elmo and a Funny Bunny Puppet Show. Before the show there will be an Easter Egg Magnet Craft and a Bunny and Chick Easter Basket Craft.  After the show there will be a fun Easter Candy Hunt for everyone throughout the mall!  See you here at Kids Club for Spring Time Fun with Elmo! 

 

 

 

 

April 8th

Come to Kids Club to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day and learn how you can do your part with The Magic of Going Green Show! A Fun Interactive Magic Show that will teach you what you can do to make a difference and help our earth to be happy and healthy!  Before the show there will an Earth Day Necklace Craft made of recycled materials and Earth Friendly Coloring Pages and after the show we will have Earth Day Sticker Puzzles for everyone!  Be sure to join us at Kids Club to learn how Going Green is Fun, Easy and Keeps our Earth Beautiful!

 

 

 

 

 

May 13

Join in on the fun with our Kids Club Play Day and get ready for Lots of Hands on Fun! This will be an ongoing Interactive Hands on Play Station with an Art Cart and Creation Station, Magnet Play Area, Solar Gear Cart, Moon Sand Table, Plinko Cart and Super Structures Table.  There will also be ongoing face painting and Goodies for everyone!  See you here at Kids Club for hours of Interesting Interactive Hands on Fun!

 

 

 

 

June 10th

Come to Kids Club and join in our Musical Adventure Under the Sea as acclaimed award winning duo Sandi and Stevie perform their fun-filled, educational, environmentally conscious and creature friendly Sealife Songs Ocean Concert! Before the show there will be two instrument making stations so you can make instruments to join in on the show and after the show there will be an Under the Sea Treasure Hunt throughout the mall with yummy treasures for everyone.  Hoist your sails Matie and Head for Kids Club for a Musical Under the Sea Adventure to Remember! 

 

 

July 8th

The force will be with you at Kids Club this month with our Storm Troopers Get Up and Move Around Day! Join in on the action and fun and learn how to be a real Storm Trooper!  Before the show we will have a Make Your Own Solar System Craft and Star Wars Coloring Pages and after the show we will have balloon light sabers for all our little Storm Troopers!  Make sure to Navigate Your Space Ships to Kids Club for Out of this World Fun!

 

 

 

 

August 12th

Come one Come all to the Kids Club Circus Show Where Kids are the Stars!  You have never seen laughter like this as the Kids Play the parts of Ringmaster, Jugglers, Co Magicians, Wild Animals, Acrobats and more! Before the show there will be a Clown Balloon Face Making Station, a Paint Yourself Like a Clown Station, a Clown Hat Decorating Station and Feed the Hungry Circus Lion Game with Prizes! After the show we will have plenty of Circus Goodies for all.  See you here at Kids Club for Miles of Smiles and Gallons of Giggles under the Big Top where Kids are the Stars!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

September 9th

Come to Kids Club with Dora for a Fun Mexican Fiesta Show!  The fun starts with an interactive singing and dancing show in which the children will learn to count in Spanish, Dance The Mexican Hat Dance and do The Limbo.  Todays puppet show is The Little Red Ant and the Giant Crumb which is a Mexican fable about a little ant who believed in herself and would not give up, showing that when you have a positive attitude about yourself anything is possible!  Before the show there will be a Maraca Decorating Station where the children can decorate a maraca that they will use in the show, then after the show we will all get to break a Pinata full of prizes for everyone with Dora!  See you here at Kids Club Amigos for a Festive Good Time!

 

 

October 14th

Have a Creepy Crawly Halloween at Kids Club with our We Love Bugs Day and meet some neat little critters up close!  Cuddle a Centipede, Tickle a Tarantula and learn many interesting facts about our insect friends in our Up Close Bug Petting Zoo. There will be a Hunt for Bugs Game, Bug Education Corner, Bug Temporary Tattoos, and a Love Bug Sun Catcher Craft Station.  Make sure to Creep, Crawl or Wiggle to Kids Club for a Horrendously Happy Halloween!

 

 

 

 

November 11th

Come to Kids Club with Hello Kitty and Her Celebrate our Furry Friends Day! The show today will be an Animal Singing and Dancing Extravaganza and a Farm Animal Puppet Show followed by a Sharing Time where you can bring your favorite stuffed animal or a picture of your favorite pet to share!  Before the show we will have Furry Friends Coloring Pages, a Jungle Animal Magnet Craft and a Farm Animal Puppet Making Station.  After the show there will be Kitty Surprises for everyone.  See you here at Kids Club to help us Celebrate our Furry Friends!

 

 

 

 

December 9th

Come to Kids Club and get in the spirit with Frosty the Snowman and His Winter Wonderland Show! The show today will be an Interactive Holiday Singing and Dancing Instrument Playing Wonderland lead by Frosty!  Before the show there will be a Make a Snowman Station, Snowflake Ornament Craft and Snowball Toss Game with Prizes and after the show Winter Wonderland Goodies for all and photo opportunities with Frosty the Snowman so make sure to bring your camera!  Hope to see you here for a Very Merry Christmas from Kids Club!
